JFO: Three militants killed over past day in Donbas

During the past day, February 12, the Russian occupation forces violated the ceasefire 5 times, one time using weapons prohibited by the Minsk agreements. As result one soldier of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was injured. In turn, three militants were killed, another three – injured. This was reported by the press center of the Joint Forces Operation HQ on Facebook.

In the area of activity of the operational-tactical group Vostok (“East”), the militants attacked Ukrainian fortified positions:

• using small arms in the area of the Maryinka settlement. Also, an enemy sniper was spotted in the region.
• using 82-mm mortar near the village of Shirokine, as a result of which the mine hit the apartment building. The caused damage is not specified.
  In the area of activity of the operational-tactical group Sever (“North”), the enemy open fire at JFO positions:
• using 82 -mm mortars and heavy machine guns near the village of Khutir Vilniy;
• using small arms in the area of the village Stanytsia Luhanska;
• using hand-held anti-tank grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms near the village of Travneve;
• using anti-tank missile system and weapons mounted on IFVs near the village of Bohuslavske.
  Units of the Joint Forces conducted an active defense and gave an adequate response to the enemy. According to intelligence data, on February 12, three occupiers were killed and another three were injured.
  As The Journalist reported, in the Odessa oblast during a conflict on the street father cruelly stabbed a 35-year-old daughter.
