The Novotroitske checkpoint resumed work in Donbas. This was reported by the press center of the Joint Forces Operation HQ on Facebook.
Checkpoint Novotroitske was closed for two days due to the fire in the fields near the Berezove-1 and Berezove-2 checkpoints which caused the explosions of ammunition. The special services managed to completely extinguished the fire.
«In connection with the improvement of the security situation near Novotroitske checkpoint, Commander of the Joint Forces Operation, Lieutenant-General Serhiy Nayev decided to open the Novotroitske checkpoint on August 31, 2018,» – the report said.
As The Journalist reported earlier, woman hired 8 porters to deliver goods through the checkpoint to Donbas.
