In Kyiv station Golden Gate mosaic inscription «Glory to Ukraine!» was discovered. About this informs press service of underground.
It is reported that in the intermediate vestibule at the station Golden Gate, on the mosaic frieze there is an inscription «Glory to Ukraine!».
It is noted that the inscription «Glory to Ukraine!» was as lined with a brown smalt on mosaic frieze in lobby between the escalators: the letters are darker, the background is lighter.
«Over time, the mosaic has darkened a lot. Now you cannot see the letters with naked eye, so history was considered an urban legend. But several years ago the author of the interiors project of the station Vadim Zhezherin confirmed – inscription exists», message says.
