In 2018, there has been an increase in the number of deaths in the workplace in the world. In total, there were 350 deaths at production. About this informs Social Insurance Fund of Ukraine.
In 2018, the death toll in manufacturing increased by 5.4%. On the whole, in 2018, 350 Ukrainians were fatally injured. Then as in 2017 – 332 people.
Along with this, it is noted that in 2018 there was a decrease in the number of accidents and occupational diseases. It is reported that 4805 accidents (-3.2%) and 1879 registered cases of occupational diseases (-3.7%) were recorded last year.
