The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) gave permission to the the Minister of Infrastructure Volodymyr Omelyan, who is suspected in illegal enrichment, to go abroad on business trips.
This is reported by Hromadske inform agency, citing the lawyer of the Minister, Oleksandr Lysak.
«In pursuance of the court’s decision, we handed over passports and applied to the NABU to obtain detectiv’s permission to go on business trips. NABU detective gave such a permission. Passports were granted and then, upon return [from a business trip abroad – ed.], he [Omelyan – Ed.)] must to pass the passport back,» – the lawyer explained.
As The Journalist reported, SBU said NABU detectives were preparing a sex provocation against the employee of the National Bank.
