Ukrainian MP demands to fire official who has fake diploma

People’s Deputy of Ukraine Oleksandr Presman sent an official deputy appeal to the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU), the General Prosecutor’s Office, as well as to the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAPO) demanding to remove the head of the Rozdilna Regional Council, the Opposition Bloc party’s representative Felix Seagal. As reported in the source document, on Sep 25, 2017, Felix Seagal was informed of a criminal offense under Part 4 of Article 358 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Also in his appeal Oleksandr Presman noted that Felix Segal has a fake diploma. In addition, based on the text of the document, it also deals with the violation by high-ranking person of legislation, regulations and non-compliance with court decisions.
According to View from Odessa publication, representatives of law enforcement agencies are inactive and do not react to the fact that this official does not fulfill the decisions of the courts to reinstate the illegally dismissed chief doctor of the central regional hospital, Ihor Bychkov.
In addition, Oleksandr Presman drew attention to the fact that now this is not only about a fake diploma, violation of the law, legal acts and non-compliance with court decisions, but also about the possibility/impossibility implementation by the head of Razdelnyanskiy District Council of the Law about state secrets due to his health state.
That is why the MP Oleksandr Presman has appealed several times to the competent authorities, demanding an inspection of the activities of the official Felix Segal, and also called for the removal of the head of the Rozdilna district council from his post for the time of the inspection.
