Kyiv purchased 25 new ambulances that meet the WHO standards. Kyiv mayor Vitaly Klitschko writes about this on his Facebook page.
According to Vitaly Klitschko, 25 brand new ambulances, based on Ford and Peugeot models and equipped to all modern world standards, have been acquired. “The ambulances are already fully equipped according to the standards of the World Health Organization. Four of them are unique, with the equipment allowing to transport premature babies and newborns with pathologies. A special system has been installed in all new ambulances, which, by means of communications, transmits the patient’s parameters to the hospital. I also would like to emphasize that Kyiv is the very first city in Ukraine to get rid of the old Soviet ambulances”, the mayor.
Klitschko noted that the number of new ambulance cars in Kyiv is annually growing.
Earlier The Journalist reported that according to the mayor of Kyiv Vitaly Klitschko Podil’s’ko-Voskresens’kyi Bridge will be the largest arched one in Europe.
