The number of Internet users in Ukraine increased by 8% in 2019 and totals 23 million people, according to the results of a study conducted by the Internet Association of Ukraine.
About 22.96 million Ukrainians (71%) regularly use the World Wide Web in 2019, compared with 63% at the end of 2018. At the same time, the majority of users are Ukrainians aged 25 – 44 years.
The study shows that 66% of Internet users access the Internet via smartphone, 40% use laptops, 36 percent use stationary PCs and 5% use work computers.
The study also notes that high-income users are 100% online, while low-income users are just 39%.
