On the portal ProZorro for construction of a bridge over the Volodymyr Descent in the center of Kyiv a tender was announced. About this writes Center for Transport Strategies.
According to information available, utility Engineering Center was initiator of tender for construction of a pedestrian and bicycle bridge.
Report notes that the estimated cost of the project is 260.5 million UAH. The bridge will connect two parks – Khreshchatyi and Volodymyrska Girka.
Deadline for completion of works is determined by the end of 2019. Tender proposals are accepted until October 17, 2018, and the auction itself is scheduled for November 22.
«Planned work includes reconstruction of outdoor lighting networks along Volodymyrskiy Descent and in Volodymyrska Girka area; relocation of existing storm sewage; dismantling of existing pipeline; re-laying of communication cables; demolition of greenery; road and earthworks on the Volodymyr hill; video surveillance of bridge pedestrian crossing (10 sets of street cameras), road marking and landscaping; outdoor lighting approaches to the bridge and other works», said in a statement.
