The observational monitoring mission of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE SMM) reports that there are no weapons in the area of the Stanitsia Luhanska after the withdrawal of forces. This is stated on the OSCE SMM Twitter page.
“The weapons previously recorded on both sides of the contact line, are no longer present in the area of Stanitsia Luhanska”, the report says.
Earlier, The Journalist reported that OSCE confirms separation of forces in Eastern Ukraine.
