Kyiv Metro has canceled the tender for the extension of the Syretsko-Pecherska metro line towards the Vinogradar district. This is reported by Nashi Groshi news agency.
In connection with the problem related to the bank guarantee of one of the participants of the purchasing, Kyivmetrobud PJSC, the tender was canceled.
«The cancellation was caused due to illegal actions and decisions of the customer of public procurement, violating the requirements of the law of Ukraine «On public procurement,» – the message says.
The Kyiv metropoliten has found problems with the bank guarantee of one of the participants in the purchasing, Kyivmetrobud PJSC, Nashi Groshi reported, refering to the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.
It is noted that the data on the cancellation of the tender on the Prozorro website was made public one hour before the Antimonopoly Committee collegium had to make a decision on the complaint of the auction participant LLC Construction company «Adamant».
As The Journalist reported earlier, one of the auction participants had blocked a tender for the construction a metro station on Vinogradar district.
