Internally displaced person were granted the right to social housing in Ukraine

The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has signed the law which granted the right to immigrants [internally displaced persons – ed.] for social housing registration. This is reported by the press service of the Presidential administration.

«Poroshenko has signed the Law of Ukraine «on Amendments to the Law of Ukraine «on Housing Fund for Social Purpose» regarding the terms of providing social housing for internally displaced persons,» – said in a statement.

According to the law, the list of categories of persons enjoying the right to take social housing registration is expanded, including internally displaced persons who do not have housing to live in the territory controlled by the Ukrainian authorities.
As The Journalist reported, the swindler has illegally appropriated 7 real estate objects in Kyiv for UAH 5 million.
