Ukraine took the 64th place at social level of development among 146 countries around the world, according to the results of the Social Progress Index annual research, developed by the American non-governmental organization Social Progress Imperative with the Deloitte support.
According to the results of the research, Ukraine is found side by side with Cuba and Macedonia, still remaining in the group of countries with «above the average» level of development.
At the same time Ukraine shows some improvement in the main Social Progress Index’s categories: Basic human needs, Foundations of well-being and Opportunities.
Ukraine’s GDP per capita increased from USD 7,457 in 2017 to USD 7,668 in 2018, UNIAN news agency reported.
The Rating’s leader became Norway, while the Central African Republic took the last 146th place.
