The court of annexed Crimea released Crimean Tatar activist Edem Bekirov from the remand center, Crimean Solidarity reported on Facebook.
Preventive measure from custody was changed to the obligation to appear in court.
“The central district court of Simferopol ruled to change the restrictive measure for Edem Bekirov from the detention to obligation to appear in court,” the statement said.
As The Journalist reported, Lawyers assume Bekirov could be transferred to house arrest.
