At least 61% of Ukrainians intend would vote for Zelensky in second round.
This is evidenced by the results of a population survey conducted by the Sociological Group Rating.
In the second round, 61% of Ukrainians is ready to vote for Zelensky, 24% ready to vote for incumbent head of state, Petro Poroshenko, and another 15% are undecided yet.
According to the deputy director of the Rating sociological group, Lubomyr Mysiv, Zelensky is ahead of Poroshenko in all age categories.
“He is also the leader among residents of the eastern, southern and central regions of Ukraine. At the same time, the positions of both candidates are almost equal in the western part of the country,” noted Mysiv.
The survey was conducted from April 5 – 10 among 3,000 respondents aged 18 years and older, the statistical error is 1.8%.
As The Journalist reported, Poroshenko, Zelensky will visit Paris to meet with Macron on April 12.
