Polish Prosecutor General’s Office granted the petition of the Ukrainian Prosecutor General’s Office for the extradition to Ukraine of the former chief accountant of the State Enterprise «Ukrspirt» Serhiy Bezrodniy. About this informs the speaker of the head of the GPU Larissa Sargan in Facebook.
«Pre-trial investigation found that Bezrodnyi, in prior agreement with other officials, squandered the funds of the state enterprise for a total of 260 million 808 thousand 631 UAH and by prior agreement with a group of people evaded taxes, which led to a failure to pay to the state budget of 49 million 859 thousand 541.23 UAH. The actual transfer of the latter was carried out on July 16, 2018 at the international checkpoint for the road service «Dorogusk – Yagodin», – Sargan wrote.
It is worth noting that in Kyiv on July 17th iShevchenkovsky district court of Kyiv ruled that the former chief accountant of the state enterprise «Ukrspirt», Serhiy Bezrodniy, will be detained with an alternative to pledge in the amount of 27 million 615 thousand UAH.
Earlier Journalist reported that the Chinese company offered its cooperation with SE «Ukrspirt» for the modernization of production facilities.
