Yesterday, September 9, the Titan plant completely stopped production.
«The last furnace was stopped on Sunday afternoon … The production process should be adjusted without damage to the environment,» – the Crimea.Realii newspaper reports.
It is specified that the plant will resume work «only after the modernization and inventory of the technological process of production», as the Kremlin-controlled Head of the Crimea, Serhii Aksenov, has instructed.
As The Journalist reported, the vineyards in the annexed Crimea suffered because of chemical emissions of the Crimean plant Titan.
