According to the Uber company, the Uber general director in Central and Eastern Europe, Alexey Stakh left the company.
It is also noted that the region general manager office will be moved from Kyiv to Warsaw.
«Alexey Stakh, who headed Uber’s operations in the CIS countries [Commonwealth of Independent States] and in Central and Eastern Europe since 2015, decided to continue its professional development outside the company,» – the Uber press service reported this, as quoted by Ain publication.
In addition, the company will relocated the general manager office to Warsaw in order to «manage various business units from one place.»
«This decision did not affect the existing team, and the Kyiv’s office will continue to operate in the normal mode,» – the report said.
Recall that in December 2017 Uber made its HQ in Kyiv as main in the region of Central and Eastern Europe. The company’s units in Poland, Ukraine, Lithuania, Romania, Estonia, the Czech Republic and Slovakia were managed from Kyiv.
As The Journalist reported, Uber will be able to sell useful goods to passengers during the trip.
