President Volodymyr Zelensky has appointed Yevhen Netuzhylov as head of the main Department of Ukraine’s Security Service in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
This is stated in the presidential decree #822 dated November 7.
“To appoint Yevhen Netuzhylov as Head of the Main Department of the Security Service of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea,” the document says.
According to Netuzhylov’s declaration he worked as the deputy head of the department in the military prosecutor’s office of the Southern region of Ukraine.
Yevhen Netuzhylov graduated from the National Law Academy of Ukraine named after Yaroslav Mudriy. Lawyer, tactical level military command officer. He has a second higher education – he graduated from the Lviv Polytechnic National University with a degree in management of foreign economic activity.
He has been working in prosecution bodies since 2003.
In 2015 – 2017, he hold the post of the Deputy Military Prosecutor of the Southern Region of Ukraine. In 2018 – 2019, he worked at the Odessa Aviation Plant state-owned enterprise. Since January 2019, he served in the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine.
