Prime Minister Denys Shmygal during a conference call with the heads of regional state administrations and city heads has said that Ukrainians will need new social standards of living after the strict quarantine measures will be lifted. It was reported by the “Government portal”.
According to Shmygal, the quarantine in Ukraine is likely to last until early May, so the government should prepare new social standards of life, namely, to develop new transport rules, social distance rules, those for staying indoors and in establishments.
“We need to coordinate endeavors at maximum and, taking into account the world experience, switch to local quarantines in case of new outbreaks of the disease,” Shmygal said.
The head of government called on city heads to continue to continue coordinated action to ensure the well-being of their citizens.
“We are developing a separate program for the creation of new workplaces, and we need your help here. We are looking for a list of vocational professions and the number of workers required in your regions. It will be your application for the workforce,” Shmygal added.
