The process of forming Ukraine’s anti-corruption court will be controlled by international experts

International experts will represent specially created support structures that have an agreement with Ukraine on fighting against corruption. This is reported by UNN news agency.
It is reported, that the creation of the anti-corruption court in Ukraine will be controlled by international experts.

«The Public Council of International Experts, specially created support structure, will be involved in the formation of the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine. This Public Council consists of representatives of various international organizations. The criteria for their selection are spelled out in the law. That is, it should be an organization that has an agreement with Ukraine on cooperation in the field of fighting against corruption,» – said the Chairman of the Supreme Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine Serhii Koziakov.

The report notes, that there are 15 such organizations and all of them have received an invitation to submit their candidatures.

«Finally, there should be 6 members of the Public Council of International Experts, and the law determines that there must be at least two candidates for one vacancy,» – the report said.

As The Journalist reported earlier, IMF Supports Ukraine’s revised anti-corruption court law, but the issue of the price of gas remains open.
