The National Bank of Ukraine has amended Resolution No.351 in order to help businesses affected by the quarantine regime. In particular, it provides for granting business a loan repayment holiday.
First Deputy Head of the National Bank of Ukraine Kateryna Rozhkova during the round table discussion “Banking System under the Conditions of All-Ukrainian Quarantine. What should Ukrainians be prepared for?” clarified that repayment holiday are not granted to everyone, but exclusively for those who have suspended activities due to quarantine.
“Neither companies nor small businesses that continue to operate in one form or another cannot apply for a repayment holiday. We are talking about holidays for those who have completely stopped their activity and lost sources of income for servicing the loan,” Rozhkova said.
