Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates LLC opens first office in Ukraine, InVenture reports.

Ukraine Sotheby’s International Realty, owned and operated by Zans Launags, became the new member of the Sothbey’s brokers network, which will serve the luxury residential real estate market in Ukraine.

“The luxury market in Ukraine is experiencing gradual growth and retains its share of high-net-worth individuals. Zans and his team have more than a decade of real estate experience and we are pleased to welcome Ukraine Sotheby’s International Realty to the network,” said Philip White, President and CEO of Sothby’s International Realty.

Sotheby’s International Realty was founded in 1976 as a real estate service for clients of the Sotheby’s auction house.

Sotheby’s International Realty network has more than 23,000 independent agents and 1,000 offices in 70 countries around the world, including 44 brokerage companies in key markets. The company’s sales in 2019 amounted to USD 114 billion.
