The dispute between Naftogaz and Kyivenergo will be considered by the Court on July 19

The Economic Court of Kyiv will consider a resonant case on the debt to Naftogaz of Ukraine. This is reported by UNN news agency.

«The court will decide the dispute between Kyivenergo and the city of Kyiv on debt before Naftogaz of Ukraine,» – the statement said.

It is noted that the court will consider imposing debt of PJSC Kyivenergo for the consumed gas before JSC Naftogaz of Ukraine to the Kyivteploenergo (the debt was estimated at UAH 5 billion).
According to some information, this debt is attributed to the lack of hot water in the houses of Kiev and not contracting with the Kyivteploenergo for the gas supply.
It is known that the court session will be held in the premises of the Economic Court of Kyiv at the address: Kiev, Bogdan Khmelnitsky st., 44-b, room 23. The presiding judge in the case: Boyko R.V.
As «The Journalist» reported earlier, the Kyiv city authorities are not going to pay fines and penalties to Naftohaz.
