Since August 12, Stanytsia Luhanska is working by the abridged schedule – the checkpoint at 6 a.m and will close at 6 p.m.
This was reported by the Ukraine’s State Border Guard Service.
“According to the Ukrainian side of the JCCC, mine-clearing works around the checkpoint near the destroyed road bridge across the Siversky Donets River are underway,” the report said.
Due to mine-clearing works around the checkpoint, the pedestrian passage through the demarcation line at Stanytsia Luhanska checkpoint will be closed.
“The JFO command calls on citizens to take this information into account when planning their trips,” the State Border Guard Service noted.
