State Emergency Service announces storm warning all over Ukraine

On February 3, the State Emergency Service (SES) of Ukraine announced a storm warning all over Ukraine due to strong winds.

SES referring to the data received from the Ukrhydromettsentr which expected gusts of 15-18 m/s in Kyiv and the region during the day (first hazard level, yellow).

Also, in the highlands of the Zakarpattia Oblast and in the mountains of Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast, a significant snow avalanche danger still remains (level 3).

In most rivers of the Zakarpattia Oblast, the water level will increase by 0.5-1.5 m.
