Small businesses do not always have the opportunity to receive professional legal assistance before, during and after inspections. That is why the BRDO Effective Regulation Office and Vasyl Kisil & Partners Law Firm have developed a new section “Entrepreneur’s Assistant” on the state inspection portal inspections.gov.ua, dedicated to clarification and useful advice for successfully passing tax audits. The Journalist reported with reference to the BRDO press center.
The presentation of the portal updates took place on December 22 at the UCMC.
The free convenient functionality of the new section of the “Entrepreneur Assistant” on inspections.gov.ua portal will allow the user to get acquainted with detailed instructions on what to do before, during and after passing tax audits, help to properly fill out an application or complaint, and also learn more about the specifics of tax legislation in Ukraine.
