Solomenskiy court ordered NABU to open a case on the fact of abuse of power or official position, as well as assistance of Klitschko to organized crime groups.

“The court found that the applicant appealed to the NABU with a request to have Klitschko commit a number of criminal offenses, in particular under Art. 170 (obstruction of the lawful activities of trade unions, political parties, public organizations), Part 2 of Art. 364 (abuse of power or official position), Part 2 of Art. 365 (excess of power), Part 3 of Art. 206 (counteraction of economic activities), Part 1 of Art. 396 (concealment of a crime), Part 2 of Art. 256 (assistance to participants of an organized criminal group) of Criminal code», – it is told in the message.
