Ukraine expects deterioration of weather conditions (rain and thunderstorms) on August 19, the press service of the State Emergency Service reports.
“We expect thunderstorms in western Ukraine, namely, heavy rains (danger level 1) in the daytime in the Carpathians and Zakarpettia regions,” the message reads.
