Lyceum student died as a result of poisoning with an unknown substance

In the Odessa region in lyceum hostel the body of an 18-year-old student without signs of life was discovered. The results of medical examination indicate that the cause of the girl’s death was poisoning with an unknown substance. This is reported by the press service of the Main Department of the National Police in Odessa region.
The cause of the death of a student – a former pupil of a boarding school – was poisoning. Currently, a number of additional examinations have been appointed to establish the substance that the girl was poisoned with.
«Law enforcers found that the girl did not take alcoholic drinks or narcotic substances. We did not leave a pre-death letter, she did not express any intention to commit suicide», the message says.
On this fact, criminal proceedings have been started on Part 1 of Art. 115 «Intentional homicide» of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
