District Administrative Court of Kyiv has filed a lawsuit against Ministry of Justice of Ukraine regarding liquidation of registration of 49 political parties, press service of District Administrative Court of Kyiv.
In particular, the plaintiff requests court to recognize unlawful inactivity of Ministry of Justice regarding non-return to court with submission of annulment of registration of certificates of political parties that for 10 years did not nominate their candidates for presidential and parliamentary elections.
The plaintiff also asks court to oblige Ministry of Justice to apply to court with an appropriate representation.
In the list of parties plaintiff indicated, in particular, Party of Afghan Veterans, Social Democratic Party of Ukraine, the parties «Pora», «Yednist», «Kiyany peredusim» and others. Now District Administrative Court of city of Kyiv is considering the issue of opening proceedings for administrative case.
