«The 38-year-old colonel of the police, whose main task is the protection of police officers from criminal encroachments and the fight against «werewolves in uniform», himself resorted for bribery. For non-involvement of a regional police officer in criminal responsibility, the official wanted to receive $ 3,000 «compensation», the report said.
The attacker is detained. Criminal proceedings have been opened.
