Ukrainian IT company Archer Software announced its acquisition by American Cprime. This was reported on the company’s website.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed. However, according to experts, 100% of the company could be estimated at USD 5-8 million.
Cprime is an American company that has been part of the IT development, networking and IT consulting group since 2014, with 37,200 employees.
