Over 2.600 land plots were provided to ATO veterans in Zaporizhia oblast

By the beginning of 2019, participants of the anti-terroristic operation (ATO) have received 2,602 land plots in total area of 3,931.15 hectares in Zaporizhyia oblast. This was reported by the press service of the Zaporizhzhia Oblast State Administration.

For personal farming, 2,030 plots in total area of 3,871.96 hectares were granted to war veterans, 480 plots with a total area of 51.09 hectares were granted for gardening, 92 plots with an area of 8.1 hectares were granted for the construction of residential houses.
"Most of the land plots ATO veterans have received in Zaporizhia (428 sites with an area of 225.74 hectares), Melitopol (354 areas of 380.43 hectares), Volnyansky (273 areas of 515.65 hectares) and Horikhovske (198 areas of 392.59 hectares) raions" said in a statement.
Since the beginning of the introduction of the initiative of providing ATO veterans with land, 8,355 veterans have applied to the authorities of the Zaporizhia oblast.
Recall that war participants and persons equated to them have prioritized right to own the land.
