In connection with the government’s decision on the introduction of an emergency regime on the territory of Ukraine, Ukraine International Airlines (UIA) of Ukraine cancels all scheduled flights until April 24, inclusive. This was reported by the UIA press service.
“Yesterday, the Government of Ukraine expanded policies on preventing the spread of Covid-19 in Ukraine. As a result, UIA suspends all scheduled flights throughout its route network until April 24, inclusive,” the company said.
UIA asks customers to fill out a feedback form on the website to change departure dates or send a ticket cancellation request to receive an electronic voucher, which may be used to purchase a new ticket on the UIA website during the year.
Customers can also contact their agent at the place of purchase.
