The government allowed foreigners to cross Ukraine by transit without two-weeks observation, the State Border Guard Service reports.

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine introduced the corresponding changes in the decree No. 392 dated May 20, 2020.

At the same time, the government defined that people who leave Ukraine within two days are not obliged to stay in observation or two-week self-isolation.

“In addition, the amendments provide that border guards may refuse to allow foreigners and stateless persons to cross the state border of Ukraine (except for foreigners, stateless persons who permanently reside in Ukraine, and persons recognized as refugees or persons who need additional protection) without COVID-19 insurance,” the department said.
