A new LLC (limited liability company) registration electronic service has appeared in Ukraine, as the Prime Minister Volodymyr Groisman said.
“We are presenting a completely new service. Today, LLC enterprises and legal entities can be registered. There is no need to go anywhere, contact anyone – just save time and money and run your business more easily,” the head of the government noted.
The Prime Minister noted that the launch of this and other electronic services is one of the tools to facilitate business in Ukraine.
According to the Minister of Justice Pavlo Petrenko, the service was created with the use of advanced technologies.
It is known that registration of limited liability companies will take place in three stages.
First you need to enter your personal account on the Ministry of Justice portal, then to fill in the questionnaire, indicating the company name, authorized capital and choosing a model charter. The final stage is personal identification with an electronic signature or Mobile ID service.
