Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Oleh Urusky said that Ukraine is participating in the U.S. Lunar Program and plans to join their first mission to Mars. He also noted that Ukraine is also participating in the creation of an American launch vehicle that will go to Mars, but not in the SpaceX project.
