As of July 29, Ukraine recorded 1,022 new coronavirus cases, according to the Center for Public Health.
In total, the country reported 67,597 laboratory-confirmed coronavirus cases, of which 37,394 patients have been recovered, 1,650 cases were lethal. At least 998,299 PCR tests were conducted. In total, 650 patients were discharged per day.
The overall incidence per region, as follows: 2,660 cases in Vinnytsia region; 3,694 in Volyn region; 1,365 in Dnipropetrovsk region; 861 in Donetsk region (Ukrainian-controlled districts); 1,764 in Zhytomyr region; 5,008 in Zakarpattia region; 767 in Zaporizhia region; 4,352 in Ivano-Frankivsk region; 697 in Kirovohrad region; 7,932 in the city of Kyiv; 3,629 in Kyiv region; 9,248 in Lviv region; 122 in Luhansk region (Ukrainian-controlled districts); 563 in Mykolayiv region; 3,104 in Odesa region; 414 in Poltava region; 5,837 in Rivne region; 467 in Sumy region; 2,852 in Ternopil region; 3,556 in Kharkiv region; 224 in Kherson region; 1,086 in Khmelnytsky region; 5,751 in Chernivtsi region; 910 in Cherkasy region; 745 in Chernihiv region.
Data from Russia-occupied areas – the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the city of Sevastopol, parts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions – is not available.
