According to the Public Health Center, as of October 19, Ukraine recorded 4,766 new cases of the coronavirus. The number of active patients is 171,476.
In total, there are 303,638 laboratory-confirmed cases of coronavirus in the country, of which 126,489 patients have been recovered (+ 1,112 patients on past day), 5,673 have died. At least 2,815,833 PCR tests were performed.
The overall incidence per region is the following: 8,418 cases in Vinnytsia region; 10,986 in Volyn region; 11,108 in Dnipropetrovsk region; 7,133 in Donetsk region (Ukrainian-controlled districts); 10,095 in Zhytomyr region; 11,825 in Zakarpattia region; 6,483 in Zaporizhzhia region; 16,766 in Ivano-Frankivsk region; 1,591 in Kirovohrad region; 30,848 in the city of Kyiv; 12,924 in Kyiv region; 25,103 in Lviv region; 2,467 in Luhansk region (Ukrainian-controlled districts); 5,865 in Mykolaiv region; 19,079 in Odesa region; 6,051 in Poltava region; 16,035 in Rivne region; 9,104 in Sumy region; 17,503 in Ternopil region; 29,113 in Kharkiv region; 2,570 in Kherson region; 11,035 in Khmelnytsky region; 17,866 in Chernivtsi region; 6,892 in Cherkasy region; 6,779 in Chernihiv region.
Data from the temporarily occupied territories of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Donetsk, Lugansk regions and the city of Sevastopol are not available.
