On July 2, Ukraine recorded 876 new cases of coronavirus disease. Also were recorded 27 fatal coronavirus cases, and 505 patients recovered. This was reported by the press center of the Ministry of Health.
A total of 46,763 coronavirus cases were recorded since pandemic started. Of these, 20,558 people recovered, and 1,212 died from complications caused by the disease. In total, 24,993 people undergo treatment currently.
The overall incidence per region is the following: 5,883 in Lviv region; 5,347 in the city of Kyiv; 4,935 in Chernivtsi region; 3,950 in Rivne region; 3,126 in Zakarpattia region; 2,702 in Kyiv region; 2,571 in Volyn region; 2,544 in Ivano-Frankivsk region; 2,255 in Kharkiv region; 1,990 in Ternopil region; 1,915 cases in Vinnytsia region; 1,792 in Odesa region; 1,435 in Zhytomyr region; 1,103 in Dnipropetrovsk region; 822 in Khmelnytsky region; 653 in Kirovohrad region; 653 in Cherkasy region; 599 in Donetsk region (Ukrainian-controlled districts); 579 in Zaporizhia region; 554 in Chernihiv region; 450 in Mykolayiv region; 322 in Poltava region; 304 in Sumy region; 195 in Kherson region; 84 in Luhansk region (Ukrainian-controlled districts).
