According to the Center for Public Health, as of September 21, Ukraine reported 2,675 new cases of coronavirus. The number of active patients is 96,586.
In total, there are 178,353 laboratory confirmed cases of coronavirus in Ukraine, of which 78,184 patients have been recovered, 3,583have died. Some 2,058,638 PCR tests have been performed. About 672 patients were discharged per day.
The overall incidence per region is the following: 5,322 cases in Vinnytsia region; 6,936 in Volyn region; 4,118 in Dnipropetrovsk region; 2,480 in Donetsk region (Ukrainian-controlled districts); 5,059 in Zhytomyr region; 9,189 in Zakarpattia region; 2,935 in Zaporizhia region; 12,538 in Ivano-Frankivsk region; 993 in Kirovohrad region; 19,758 in the city of Kyiv; 7,880 in Kyiv region; 18,518 in Lviv region; 759 in Luhansk region (Ukrainian-controlled districts); 2,551 in Mykolaiv region; 11,610 in Odesa region; 1,535 in Poltava region; 11,242 in Rivne region; 3,117 in Sumy region; 11,439 in Ternopil region; 15,133 in Kharkiv region; 818 in Kherson region; 4,823 in Khmelnytsky region; 13,165 in Chernivtsi region; 3,096 in Cherkasy region; 3,341 in Chernihiv region.
Data from Russia-occupied areas – the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the city of Sevastopol, parts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions – is not available.
