According to the Center for Public Health, as of September 16, Ukraine reported 2,958 new cases of coronavirus. Now there are 86,996 active patients in Ukraine.
In total, Ukraine has 162,660 laboratory confirmed cases of coronavirus in Ukraine, of which 72,324 patients have recovered, 3,350 have died. Some 1,925,482 PCR tests were performed. In total, 1,514 patients were discharged per day.
The overall incidence per region is the following: 4,976 cases in Vinnytsia region; 6,504 in Volyn region; 3,539 in Dnipropetrovsk region; 2,180 in Donetsk region (Ukrainian-controlled districts); 4,543 in Zhytomyr region; 8,829 in Zakarpattia region; 2,591 in Zaporizhia region; 11,677 in Ivano-Frankivsk region; 935 in Kirovohrad region; 18,070 in the city of Kyiv; 7,207 in Kyiv region; 17,430 in Lviv region; 653 in Luhansk region (Ukrainian-controlled districts); 2,171 in Mykolaiv region; 10,277 in Odesa region; 1,307 in Poltava region; 10,707 in Rivne region; 2,640 in Sumy region; 10,004 in Ternopil region; 13,432 in Kharkiv region; 702 in Kherson region; 4,133 in Khmelnytsky region; 12,493 in Chernivtsi region; 2,739 in Cherkasy region; 2,922 in Chernihiv region.
Data from Russia-occupied areas – the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the city of Sevastopol, parts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions – is not available.
