December 27, Ukraine reported 4,385 new cases of coronavirus. This is the smallest figure since October 6, the Minister of Health Maksym Stepanov said on Facebook.
The highest number of new coronavirus cases were recorded in Kyiv city (851), Zaporizhzhia (472), Mykolaiv (347), Dnipropetrovsk (303) and Kyiv (283) regions. 1,588 people were hospitalized, 7,191 recovered, 75 died.
During the day, 15,332 tests were carried out for coronavirus. Of these, 12,225 by PCR and 3,107 by ELISA.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, 1,300,374 people have already been infected in Ukraine, 665,729 recovered. In total 364,645 cases remain active.
