Minister of Health of Ukraine Maksym Stepanov during his briefing held on June 8, said that 5 health workers and 32 children fell ill with coronavirus over the past day.
According to Stepanov, in total 1,964 children and 5,101 medical workers fell ill with coronavirus in Ukraine during the pandemic.
“Over the past day, 463 people fell ill with coronavirus disease, including 32 children, as well as 51 health workers. Some 92 people were hospitalized, 9 death cases were recorded. At the same time, 141 people recovered. In total, 27,462 people fell ill, including 1,964 children, as well as 5,101 health workers,” Stepanov said.
In total, 12,195 people have already recovered from coronavirus, 797 people have died.
