Ukraine reports 5,116 coronavirus cases

January 11, 5,116 people have been infected with coronavirus in Ukraine. Most cases are recorded in Kyiv city and the Poltava region. The Minister of Health of Ukraine announced this on his Facebook.

Over the past day, the highest number of confirmed cases was registered in Kyiv city (898), Poltava (520), Zaporizhzhia (463), Odesa (315) and Lviv (312) regions.

Also over the past day, 1,092 people were hospitalized; 15,951 people recovered. For yesterday, 41,682 tests for coronavirus were done (PCR – 23,873, ELISA – 17,809).

For the entire time of the pandemic in Ukraine, 1,124,430 people fell ill; 812,368 people recovered.
