Ukraine reported a significant increase in new cases of coronavirus – 16,218. Most infections are in the Dnipropetrivsk, Zaporizhzhya, Kyiv regions and in city of Kyiv. Head of the Ministry of Health Maksym Stepanov announced this on his Facebook page.
He said that over the past day, 72,789 tests for coronavirus were done, in particular 46,005 PCR tests and 26,784 ELISA tests.
An outbreak of coronavirus was detected in the Dnipropetrovsk region – 1,773 new infections. Difficult epidemiological situation in Kyiv (+1,520), Zaporizhzhya (+1,003), Kyiv (+994) and Odesa (+966) regions.
8,843 people recovered yesterday and 192 died. Also, more than 2k were hospitalized yesterday.
