As of August 8, Ukraine exported 4.7 million tons of grain crops since the beginning of the 2019/2020 marketing year, registering an increase of 1.6 million tonnes compared to the same period last marketing year, as the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine reported.
To Ministry, 1.9 million tonnes of wheat, 1.1 million tonnes of barley and 1.6 million tonnes of corn were delivered to foreign markets.
In addition, 29,500 tonnes of wheat and other crops’ flour were exported.
As The Journalist reported, Ukraine entered top three largest agricultural products exporters to the European Union in a year.
