The Ministry of Health plans to deliver to Ukraine about 500,000 doses of influenza vaccines for 2019-2020 vaccination season. This was reported by the press service of the Center for Public Health.
The indicated number of vaccines is 150,000 higher compared to the previous season. The vaccines expected to enter the market in October 2019, as the World Health Organization provided the strain composition of influenza viruses to vaccine manufacturers with a delay.
But it is expected that there will be no serious delays, as pharmacy chains reported their readiness for the sale of vaccines.
