Ukraine’s vehicle production decreases by more than 40% in November

Ukrainian plants manufactured 544 motor vehicle in November 2019, which is more than 40% less compared to the previous month, according to the Ukrainian Motor Vehicle Manufacturers Association (UkrAutoProm).

Despite a 40% fall in November, car production increased by 5% compared to November 2018.

“Despite the fact that production is 5% better than last year, the dynamics of this year shows negative values for the second month in a row,” the report says.

Ukrainian companies manufactured 6,740 motor vehicle for 11 months of 2019, of which 5,822 are cars (+7%). Total vehicle production since the beginning of the year increased by 6% compared to the same period the previous year.

As The Journalist reported, Ukraine recorded grows of pharmaceuticals, furniture and equipment production.
